Vivid Sydney will transform the Harbour City from Friday 22 May to Saturday 13 June 2026

Highlights include:

• The Fringe of Infinity– A geometric light intervention by Javier Riera, using projection, pattern and optical illusion to transform architecture and shift perceptions of space.
• The Prism– Created initially for Burning Man, the pulsating LED light dome offers a meditative, tranquil space during the light walk.
• Pendulum– Much like Newton’s toy displaying the law of motion, Pendulum sways above the crowds at Hickson Road Reserve and is equal parts spectacle and science.
• Other preview works in this zone include Circles of Rhythm, As Water Falls, Dear You, Invisible Cities, Koro Loko, Optikand Reflect.
