A spectacular new platform celebrating Aussie-Indian elegance, culture, and talent
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA – Rhythm House is proud to announce the official launch of Miss India South Pacific Australia 2026. Making its debut on Sunday, 31st May at 7:00 PM at The National Theatre, Melbourne, this bold new event shines a spotlight on 20 contestants from around Australia as they step forward to compete for the first-ever Miss India South Pacific Australia 2026 title.
A Cultural Extravaganza Down Under
For a cultural extravaganza Down Under, nothing will beat this year’s Miss India South Pacific Australia in Melbourne. Promising to be a definite highlight of this year’s event calendar, audiences can expect a glamorous and uplifting live experience.
As a celebrity panel of judges evaluates the overall “wow” factor, confidence, poise, personality, and deportment of the contestants, spectators will be treated to an extravagant showcase of Aussie-Indian elegance, fashion, music, and dance.
The unforgettable evening will feature jaw-dropping catwalk sequences, mesmerizing talent performances, and the elegant display of traditional sarees and high-fashion wear, all supported by home-grown singers, dancers, and musicians.
One Stage, Three Nations, One Movement
Created to celebrate and empower women of Indian origin in Australia, the pageant is part of the broader Miss India South Pacific vision:
“One stage, three nations, one movement.”
As Rhythm House spreads its wings across the South Pacific—connecting Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji—the stakes for the contestants are higher than ever.
The top five finalists from the Melbourne event will advance to compete for the overall Miss India South Pacific 2026 title at the Grand Finale, to be held in Auckland in September this year.
Building a South Pacific Legacy
Looking ahead, the movement will continue its regional journey, with future Grand Finales scheduled to be hosted in Sydney and Suva. This exciting expansion builds upon a trusted legacy of event excellence, spearheaded by the team behind Miss IndiaNZ, which celebrates its 25th anniversary next year.
“It has always been our dream to create an annual event that brings together the beautiful people of the South Pacific,” said Dharmesh Parikh, Event Producer at Rhythm House.
“As we spread our wings across the region, we are hoping to connect communities through culture and celebration, while creating even more opportunities in the years ahead.”
