- Lisa Vinu spoke about fasting in Christianity, highlighting its significance in Lent and as a spiritual exercise to strengthen faith and reflection.
- Himanshu Shah, representing the Vaishnav Sangh, explained fasting in Hinduism’s Pushtimarg tradition (Upavaas)—emphasizing purification of mind and body, focusing on spiritual activities, and connecting with Lord Krishna through Bhakti and Seva.
