The Art of Living’s Silence Retreat, led by senior teacher Seema Lathker, was recently held in the peaceful surrounds of Kenthurst. Over four serene days, participants experienced deep rest, guided meditations, breathing techniques, and ancient wisdom. This was Seema’s first Silence Retreat in Sydney and was received with heartfelt appreciation.
Designed by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, global spiritual leader and humanitarian, the retreat is a powerful journey inward. As Gurudev shares, “Inner silence is the mother of all creativity, the source of intuition, and the storehouse of energy… Silence brings you back home.”
One participant reflected, “The meditations, the techniques, the organisers, the food—everything was so thoughtfully arranged. This retreat brought me a deep sense of calm.”
Gurudev recommends taking the Silence Retreat 3–4 times a year to cleanse the mind and rejuvenate the spirit.
