Film producer Sanatan Kadakia from Houston, Texas is making waves in Independent cinema and theatrical entertainment globally

Getting to know the new Executive Producer, Sanatan Kadakia of Hidden Ridge Productions with some of the biggest projects in drama, horror, and thriller genre.

Born and raised in India, Sanatan Kadakia received an electrical engineering degree and has a masters degree in IT from  Charles Stuart University, U.K. His love for cinema and production began while working as a projectionist during his college years. Passionate about filmmaking, he began working as a Production Assistant in 2015 as a side gig and launched his own production company, “Hidden Ridge Productions” in 2018.

A few of his projects are going through a film festival run at the moment and will be releasing this year.

He loves the independent film industry as it allows filmmakers to have the opportunity to dive into complex themes, explore unique narratives, and experiment with innovative storytelling techniques.  He has invested in Seven feature films, a Netflix documentary, and a Broadway.

Sanatan has joined the Broadway team “The Last Five Years” as an investor which stars Tony winner Adrienne Warren and Grammy winner Nick Jonas which had its opening night on April 6, 2025, at the Hudson Theatre (NYC).
