The president and founder of India Club, Mrs Shubha Kumar from West Pennant Hills  has been honoured for her continuous work in helping Indian Migrants to assimilate and integrate into The Hills Community. She was commemorated with the ‘Baulkham Hills: 2016 Local Woman of the Year’ award by Baulkham Hills State Liberal MP, David Elliott.
