Rani Mukerji will be next seen in Pradeep Sarkar’s ‘Mardaani’ and recently while shooting for the film the actress used her body double to do some stunts.

According to the reports, the actress had to do a bike chase sequence and as it was bit difficult for her to do it, she opted for a body double. The shooting of the film took place at Horniman Circle in Mumbai on Saturday.

It is learnt that as it was a Saturday there were less number of people in the area, but the news of Rani Mukherji shooting in the area spread out and people came to have a look of the actress. However, for the onlookers it was quite difficult to recognize Rani because her body double was also dressed similarly for the shoot.

Rani was last seen in ‘Bombay Talkies’, in which she got rave reviews for her performance. ‘Mardaani’ is produced by Rani’s rumoured boyfriend Aditya Chopra and it is helmed by Pradeep Sarkar.

The movie is slated to release on 18th July
