New Delhi, April 7 (IANS) It was a warm Monday morning here and the Met Office has forecast a partly cloudy sky with spells of light rain in some areas.

“The sky will be partly cloudy, with possibility of brief spells of light rain or thunderstorm in some areas,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department.

The minimum temperature was 21 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season’s average.

The day’s maximum temperature is likely to hover around 36 degrees Celsius.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 60 percent.

Sunday’s maximum temperature settled a notch above the season’s average at 35.1 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was 20 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the season.
