Sana Khan who was recently seen in Salman Khan starrer ‘Jai Ho’ is apparently upset with the actor and the makers of the film.

A friend of the actress said that Sana was upset about Salman only promoting Daisy Shah and not getting her into limelight.

Sana was missing from the promotions of the film and the trailers as well.

The friend of the actress said, “Sana felt short-changed when she saw the film. She had been assured that she would be there throughout the film but she discovered that she had only one scene before the interval and her role had been truncated.”

“Jai Ho was supposed to be a grand launch for both Daisy and Sana, but while the latter got a lot of attention from the film’s hero, Sana got a raw deal,” she added.

Sana had given up a lot of things to star in the film. She was also offered the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, but didn’t do it as Salman had told her ‘NO’ for it.

The source said, “Sana was overjoyed when she was selected as one of the participants. The show could have fetched her Rs 50 lakh. But Salman dissuaded her from taking part in it, pointing out that as his heroine, she should not be over-exposed in a TV show just before her launch. So Sana opted out and today she is rueing the decision.”

When asked if Sana had a word with the team of ‘Jai Ho’ about these issues which she has, the friend said, “Sana is small fry in the industry. She feels powerless and is afraid that if she speaks out at the moment, her career may get adversely affected.”

“She is waiting for things to happen. Producers have taken notice of her talent and she’s getting a few offers. But Salman is yet to officially offer her the second role he had promised. But then you never know, Salman is known to spring surprises,” she added.

Well, we would like to tell Sana that Daisy being the lead actress of the film didn’t had a special poster for herself and if we are not wrong the makers of the film had come up with two posters just featuring you.
