Los Angeles, Feb 26 (IANS) A planned Abu Dhabi premiere of the upcoming action film “Furious 7” has reportedly been cancelled because actor Vin Diesel’s ladylove is pregnant with their third child.

According to a source, the 47-year-old’s girlfriend Paloma Jimenez, with whom he already has Hania, six, and four-year-old Vincent, will give birth to the baby close to the film’s release date of April 3. As a result, a planned premiere at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi March 10 has now been scrapped so that the star can be with his family, reports hollywoodreporter.com.

“He wants to be with his family at the birth; it’s a beautiful thing. What human being wouldn’t,” the source said.

Now the film’s premiere will take place here April 1.

“(Universal are) happy to premiere the film in Los Angeles, birthplace of the franchise, where a core fan base exists,” the source added.

Diesel is known for keeping his family out of the spotlight and didn’t make any announcement about the births of his older children.

His most recently public appearance with his family was when he received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in August 2013.
