“The mobile application will act as a friend and help senior citizens and all those who find it difficult to visit a pharmacy,” said Gautam Jatia, CEO, Frank Ross Pharmacy, a division of Emami Frank Ross Limited.

The pharmacy chain’s centralised home delivery centre can be called between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. throughout the week.

“Home delivery will be done within four hours during business hours throughout Kolkata. We shall gradually introduce facilities such as prescription reminders and medical help-line to aid patients,” said Jatia.
