In the trailer of ‘Main Tera Hero’, Nargis Fakhri is looking quite hot. The actress while shooting for the film in Bangkok had lost weight by going on a special juice diet.

Nargis said, “I had a great time shooting in Bangkok. While I was there I always wanted to try a juice cleanse. I have heard and researched great things about giving your body a break from regular or junk food, so I decided to try a six day juice cleanse. I lost three kilos in six days.”

She also made her co-star Ileana D’Cruz try the same diet for one of the scenes in the film, but Ileana only did it for one day.

‘Main Tera Hero’ also stars Varun Dhawan and in the trailer we have also seen him flaunting his sexy body. So, we would like to know whether he also followed the juice diet.
