The Telstra Bollywood Wednesdays VIP event, held at Village Cinema Knox showed Farhan Akhtar and Vidya Balan’s romantic-comedy film, Shaadi Ke Side Effects to a full house on 5^th March 2014.

Telstra Bollywood Wednesday’s Program is a way to reward Telstra customers with $10 tickets to Bollywood films available every Wednesday at Telstra’s partner cinemas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

To launch this exciting offer, Telstra had a red carpet welcome for all guests with Bollywood dance entertainment and refreshments followed on by a complimentary drink and popcorn, while guests enjoyed the film. The event was a spectacular success and was attended by the who’s who of Melbourne’s South Asian community; media leaders, community leaders and competition winners who won tickets to this special event through several competitions run on social media, radio stations and named Indian publications across Sydney and Melbourne.

Alister Park, Telstra Marketing General Manager  addressed the audience and announced the lucky door prizes including a Gold Class double pass and a Moonlight Cinema double pass.
