There were a lot of speculations about the lead actor opposite Sonam Kapoor in ‘Khoobsurat’. But now it is revealed that Pakistani actor Fawad Afzal Khan is the leading man in Sonam’s next.

The actor recently joined the shooting schedule of the film. Soon after joining Sonam, Fawad wrote on a micro-blogging site, “Enjoying on the sets of #Khoobsurat. So overwhelmed by the love given by India.”

Fawad has appeared in many Pakistani films and television shows.

‘Khoobsurat’ is a remake of 1980 movie starring Rekha. The film is directed by Shashanka Ghosh.
