It seems Lauren has wasted no time in regaining her pre-pregnancy figure, as she proved by slipping into a bodycon leather dress for a night out with Cowell on Saturday, reports dailymail.co.uk.

The socialite looked incredible in the dark blue dress, which highlighted her slim shape and nude heels to further draw attention to her long, toned legs, as she joined her man at The Arts Club.

Cowell, meanwhile, went for his usual uniform of a white shirt and black suit for the evening out.
