The show is from 5pm to 8:30 pm on Sunday the 1st of December.  We didn’t do it on Saturday as a lot of people usually have functions on Saturdays to attend.  Its at the Red Gum Function Centre in Wentworthville

Kamil Khan & Indus Age proudly present – Kishore – The Versatile Genius. If there ever was a hindi playback singer that could make you fall in love, cry in heart break, or bop along to his lively rhythms (sometimes in the same song!) then it was Kishore Kumar.

This is a Jazba Live Concert featuring Sadiq Rehmani and supported by Rucha Lange, Avijit Sarkar and Srijani Daan.  Our talented female singers will not only assist with duets but will also be performing solo tributes.

Band “Jazba” (Emotions) was formed over 12 years ago by Abdul Sajwani ownser of SNSR (Stereo Nation Sound Reinforcement) and Sadiq Rehmani with an aim to provide different flavour and color to variety of music representing from Indian and Pakistani culture in Sydney. Over the years Jazba has organised various concerts such as Nasha-e-Sangeet, Lata Night, Ghazal ki Shaam and other Indian and Pakistani traditional concerts not just in Sydney but in other states of Australia. The band is well supported by Sydney’s renowned musician and singer Avijit Sarkar whom also is director of Natraj Academy to promote Indian music and its variety in Sydney to the younger generation. The band also includes Bobby (Bass Guitarist), Rakesh (Drums), Andy (Keyboards), Avijit Sarkar (Singer, Keyboard and Percussion), Abhijit Dhan (Tabla and Percussion) and Sadiq Rehmani (Lead Vocalist and Lead Guitarist). Female singers Rucha Lange and Srijani Dhan (one of the finest classical singers in Sydney).

Sadiq Rehmani is a professional musician for past 25 years and has been performing live stage shows in Sydney and overseas as well. The more he performed the more he imposed himself upon Sydney and its music lovers. His core strength comes not only from his amazing ability as a gifted vocalist & rhythm guitarist, but actually from his extensive vocabulary of Indian & Pakistani Songs. Whether its old filmy, classical, ghazals or the latest Bollywood jives, this man has the ability to pick it up and deliver on a consistent basis. Sadiq has a strong passion and ability to sing Kishore Kumar’s songs since his childhood and he has stepped up for the first time in Sydney to let the music lovers know that he can sing and entertain them in night full of fun “Kishore The Versatile Genius”. Jazba welcome you all to this night to pay tribute to the immortal legend of music industry and look forward to see you all.
