One of the estate agents has said that actress Preity Zinta desires to rent out her Khar flat and relocate to another one.

From past few years, the 39 year old actress is residing in Quantum Park, Union Park, Khar. But, now according to the grapevine, Preity has asked her friends to help her rent out her current apartment.

It is heard that she will move into a new apartment and use the funds she makes out of rent to settle some of her dues.

Writer-director Abbas Tyrewala has a case against the actress for non-payment of dues. The Bombay High Court had also recently quashed the non-bailable warrant against her, providing her relief in the same matter.
