Over a decade of experience in the fitness industry has led me to the firm belief that losing weight is not as difficult as it may seem, yet so many people still struggle with slimming down, shedding the kilos, and fitting back into their favourite jeans.

This, of course, begs the question… why do some succeed, where so many others fail?

Habits account for about 40% of our behaviours on any given day.

From big things like skipping breakfast every morning, right down to the little ones like which shoe you put on first.

Habits are in control.

Just about all failures in the pursuit of health and fitness are directly linked to the truth of “too many bad habits, too few good”.

Repeated day after day, these habits that we form, in the end, form us.

But, and this is the most exciting part:

Your habits can be changed!

Understanding just how to form good habits is the number one skill you’ll need if you want to transform your health, weight, and wellbeing.

  1. Take a pen and paper, and jot down for me the top 3 bad habits which are harming your health, and expanding your waist.
  2. Next, write out the top 3 good habits which you’d like to add to your routine, those you think will bring you closer to fitness success!

Invest just two minutes a day this month, simply thinking… Thinking about all your best habits, your worst habits, and the ones you’d like to form.

The more often you do so, the better prepared you’ll be to take the action necessary to change!
