International Australian Punjabi Film Festival Honours Best Music Video Director & Producer

17193999_10154370220215994_608035781_o FW3A6654On the occasion of the launch of the International Australian Punjabi Film Festival in Sydney, Varun Tiwari and his team mates Kamaldeep and Ankur Verma were honoured with the Best Music Video Director & Producer Award. In a ceremony held at the Jubilee Room in the parliament of New South Wales, MP Jodie Mackay, chief guest, handed the award to Varun and team.

Varun Tiwari – dancer, entertainer, media man, videographer and above all, hard worker –is a man with multi-talented skills. Over the years, this talented yet humble young man has diligently carved his way to success in his chosen fields. He has won loads of awards for the quality of his work and that hasn’t slowed him down, in fact he keeps exploring new avenues to display his immense talent for presenting entertainment in many delightful ways.

“It’s been a long journey,” said Varun after receiving the award, “our entry into the world of music videos has been very successful. We feel especially privileged for getting a chance to launch new talent in the market. If that is followed by awards and recognition, then it makes it all the more satisfying.”

The award winning video ‘Babe di Nu’ by Guri Sekhon has been making waves in the entertainment world. Varun Tiwari’s company Friends World TV Australia has produced several hit music videos which have become very popular with music lovers all around the world.

This award is surely one of the many coming Varun’s way as his team continues to push the boundaries with their technical superiority and hard work. Cheers to the team!
