Gulshan Devaiah who got appreciation for his role in ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela’, has refused to do a plum role in the Vidya Balan starrer ‘Bobby Jasoos’.

The actor who has done grey characters in most of his films (Shaitan, Hate Story, ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela’) has decided to respectfully say no to ‘Bobby Jasoos’

Gulshan explained the reason behind refusing the film, “Dia narrated the script, dwelling into my proposed onscreen character in-depth but after giving it a long hard thought somehow I thought I would be repeating myself. I wanted to do something new from what I have been doing so I voiced my point-of-view to both Dia and Sahil, who were very patient and understanding. It’s a great project and I wish them my very best”.

The actor will be next seen in Pooja Bhatt’s ‘Cabret’ as a lead.
