Dilip Kumar starrer ‘Aag Ka Dariya’, which was about to release in 1990 didn’t reach the theatres at time. But, now the movie is all set for its first theatrical release some time around New Year.

VS Rajender Babu, the director of the film, said that the film didn’t release because of a financial dispute and the original print of the film was badly damaged in the past years.

However Babu recently found a “perfect print” of the film with a distributor in Singapore. He asserted that he was surprised when he saw the negative of the print, as it was kept so carefully.

The movie also stars veteran actress Rekha.
