Australian talent showcased @ Colors Talent Hunt Australia

Colors organised Talent Hunt Australia for the second time in two years in conjunction with the elegant creations, to give a platform for Australian talent to be showcased around the globe. The event was held on the 29th May at Parra Villa Function Lounge in Parramatta and more than 400 people witnessed talent which came from cities around Australia including Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. There were twenty nine shortlisted participants who showcased their talent in front of celebrity judges; Mitu Bhowmick-Lange (Director of Mindblowing Films-Melbourne), Nicholas Brown (Actor, Singer and Songwriter) and Sheba Nandkeolyar (‎CEO MultiConnexions, National Vice Chair Australia India Business Council).

In addition to dancing and singing talents, the audience experienced a variety of other talents including a magic show, Instrumentalists such as Tabla and Violin players and many more. The contestant who stole hearts was a young Australian girl; Jasmine Khan who sang Alexandra Burke’s famous number ‘Hallelujah’.

“The uniqueness of this show is that it is absolutely free of charge for the audience and the participants which is not the case for any competitions which are organised within the Australian-Indian community”, said the Co-Founder of The Elegant Creations.

Winner Jasmine Khan will be flying to India to participate in the popular reality TV show; India’s Got Talent. The entire journey for Jasmine has been organised by The Elegant Creations and Colors. “There are many more competitions and events which the Australian community can look forward to in the coming months”, said Dr Madhvi Mohindra, founder of The Elegant Creations who also looks after Marketing and advertising for Colors.
