Manish Jha who directed critical acclaimed film ‘Matrubhoomi’ eleven years ago is all set to helm a quirky love story, ‘The Legend Of Michael Mishra’ starring Arshad Warsi and Aditi Rao Hydari.

Producers Kishor Arora and Shareen Mantri Kedia of Eye Candy Films are currently planning the shooting schedule in Mumbai, Patna and Uttar Pradesh.

Kishor says, “The film is an edgy madcap comedy with a romantic tale at the core. When Manish shared the idea with us, we (Shareen and I) instinctively knew that we wanted to be part of it. Also, the film’s theme is completely in line with our company’s vision providing young, edgy and new-age content that is refreshing.”

“This is the first time Boman Irani and his son Kayoze will share screen space. Apart from this, we will also start an international venture, Floating Gardens, being directed by acclaimed Iranian director Majid Majidi that will hit the floors this year,” he added.
