A UNIQUE MARKETING STRATEGY BY THE MAKERS OF ‘HTP’

HTPComing up with a unique marketing strategy for a film is a new trend in Bollywood. Filmmakers try their level best to make a good pre-release buzz about their film.

The makers of ‘Hasee Toh Phasee’ have come up with a web application through which people in the country will try to make Parineeti Chopra laugh under her co-star Sidharth Malhotra’s supervision.

Well, the contestants have to upload their videos to make the actress laugh.

Siddharth Kadam, the marketing head of Dharma Productions says, “The app will let the users experience the essence of the film online. Users have to log on to www.haseetohphasee.com and try and make Parineeti go into splits. It’s going to be a challenge for the audience.”

‘Hasee Toh Phasee’ will be hitting the screens on 7th Feb and let’s hope that this unique marketing strategy works in a positive way for the film.
